The Hamilton Watch Company has been around for more than 100 years and has played quite a large role in U.S. History. In 1893 the Hamilton Watch Company found itself working with the American Railroad System to improve accurate timing for conductors. In 1910 The Hamilton Watch Company would again come to the American Aid by providing timepieces to the Armed Forces. These Hamilton Watches are known as the Khaki. In 1928, Hamilton release the Yankee watch in celebration of the New York Yankees Major League Baseball winning the World Series. In the 1930's, the Hamilton Watch Company became the official timepiece of the four largest airlines at the time. Through the rest of history The Hamilton Watch Company has made impacts on the American Society.
